Simple Watercolor Palm Leaf Bible Journaling Tutorial

I have been meaning to do this simple palm leaf painting tutorial for years, but somehow it always got skipped. Then, after sharing my watercolor monstera tutorial (*cough- it also includes a free printable- cough*) last week, I had so many asking for a palm tutorial, so here it finally is!

Since it’s Palm Sunday tomorrow, this tutorial is really coming at the perfect time!

Palm leaves/palm fronds are actually quite a beginner-friendly leaf to paint! So I encourage you to give this one a shot, even if you are new to painting. (remember you can always practice outside of your Bible first.)

I used watercolor, but you can use the same brush technique with acrylic paint as well.
