Bible Journaling With Household Objects- Part Three- Q-tips!

Using household objects for Bible journaling is so. much. fun! There are so many creative things to try without spending a bunch of money on art supplies! Week one of this “Bible journaling with household objects” series we used forks to create cool patterns in our Bibles. Last week, we used bubble wrap and plastic wrap to create easy backgrounds. Today we are using Q-tips in our Bible!

Did you know you can use Q-tips to paint almost as you would using a paintbrush?! I think Q-tips are the most versatile household object to paint with!

In the video below, I show how I created three different Bible journaling pages using different techniques with Q-tips!

This video is a few minutes longer than most of my videos, but I sure think it is worth it!

I also want to mention- because I always get asked 🙂 – I did not prepare any of my pages with gesso beforehand. I very very rarely prep my pages because I only use supplies I know will not bleed-through! See my supplies post for all my go-to Bible journaling supplies.
